What is Missouri Valley Federal Credit Union?
Missouri Valley Federal Credit Union is a full service financial institution chartered in 1975 for the exclusive benefit of our member/owners. We are not-for-profit financial cooperative owned by our members and governed by a volunteer board of directors.
Who can join?
Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in St. Charles County, Missouri. To become a member, a $5.00 Main Share account must be established. The $5.00 represents the member’s ownership of the credit union and must remain in the account as long as it is open.
Once a Member, Always a Member
MVFCU is committed to providing its members with a lifetime of reliable financial services. Once you become a member, and maintain an active account, you can stay a member for life, even if you move, change jobs, or retire.
How do I become a member?
Opening an account is a quick and easy process. Visit our office and speak with a Member Service Representative. At account opening, you must:
- Meet membership eligibility and complete a membership application
- Bring a current, government issued photo ID. We will retain a copy for our records. If your current address is not listed on the ID, an established vendor mailing (such as a utility bill) with your current address would be required.
- Have your Social Security number available
- Bring a minimum of $5.00 (cash or check) to deposit into your share account.
